Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, to March 31, 2019. Signed on Feb. 9, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 1.25%
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 1.5%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1.75%
Shift premium: Acting incumbency: 5% or the base rate of pay, whichever is greater, when working in a higher role. $3 per hour when on standby. $1 per hour when working between midnight and 6 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days, 1 floater holiday. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 6 years, 5 weeks after 12 years, 6 weeks after 20 years.  
Overtime: Time and one-half. 
Meal allowance: When working more than 2 hours of overtime: breakfast $6, lunch $8, dinner $12. 
Dental: 80% coverage.
Sick leave: 10 paid days per year. 
STD: After third month, but within first year: 10 work days full pay; 110 work days, 70% pay. Second year: 15 work days full pay;105 work days, 70% pay. Third year: 25 work days full pay; 95 work days, 70% pay. Fourth year: 35 work days full pay; 85 work days, 70% pay. Fifth year: 45 work days full pay; 75 work days, 70% pay. Sixth or subsequent years: 60 work days full pay; 60 work days, 70% pay.
LTD: 100% to a maximum of $1.35/$100 of coverage. 
AD&D: 100% to a maximum of $0.04/$1,000 coverage.
Life insurance: 100% to a maximum of $0.26/$1,000 coverage.
Pension: Public Services Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (husband, wife, common-law spouse, parent, parent-in-law, guardian/ward, grandparent, grandchild, son, daughter, brother, sister, or husband or wife of any of them, or nephew, niece, aunt, or uncle).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours.
Probationary period: Salaried: 6 months. Hourly: 500 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: 100% reimbursement, maximum $250 every 2 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Cleaning allowance of $2.50 per pay period.
