Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2020. Signed on June 23, 2016.
Shift premium: $0.95 per hour when starting work between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. $1.05 per hour when starting work between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 70 hours to start, 105 hours after 3 years, 140 hours after 8 years, 175 hours after 14 years, 182 hours after 21 years, 189 hours after 22 years, 196 hours after 23 years, 203 hours after 24 years, 210 hours after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular shift.
Meal allowance: $15 when employee not notified of overtime shift within 8 hours or when working immediately prior to current shift.
Medical benefits: Employee pays 100% of premiums for OHIP. 
Dental: Employee pays 100% of premiums. Orthodontics: 50% coverage, $3,000 lifetime maximum per family member. Crowns, inlays, caps: 50% coverage, $1,500 annual maximum per family member.
Vision: $400 every 24 months.
Paramedical: Chiropractic/massage: $750 annual maximum combined. All other paramedical (including acupuncture in paramedical coverage): $750 annual maximum combined. 
Sick leave: 10.5 hours per month, total of 126 hours after one year. May be accumulated, maximum 1,960 hours.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. Coverage is 75% of regular pay after waiting period of 833 hours. Maximum $5,000 per month.
AD&D: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 1.5 times salary.
Life insurance: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 1.5 times salary, minimum coverage: $60,000.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2.5 hours at overtime rate.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: $250 every 2 years (previously $210 every 2 years) for green patch standard footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide to parking & sign compliance officer and special compliance officer: 5 shirts, 3 pairs of pants, 1 jacket, other sundry items; to animal services/shelter attendants: 5 shirts, 3 pants, 1 jacket, 5 sets of scrubs; to survey crew: 5 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of coveralls, 1 parka; to couriers: 3 pairs of pants, 5 shirts, 1 parka; to municipal services inspectors/engineering technologist – capital: 1 pair of coveralls, 1 parka; to building inspectors: 1 parka; to fitness, recreation, aquatic personnel: 1 track suit, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 golf shirts, 2 T-shirts; to transportation technician: 1 parka, 1 pair of coveralls. Aquatic personnel will provide own bathing suit and be reimbursed maximum: $70 for females, $45 for males, maximum of 2 bathing suits per year. Fitness staff will provide own aerobic footwear and be reimbursed maximum $75 per year.
