Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2020. Ratified on Nov. 28, 2018. Signed on Jan. 15, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 2%
Shift premium: $2 per hour for outside employee appointed or assigned by employer to fill position of coordinator of public works and utilities for more than 3 days. $1 per hour when inside employee is away from work for more than 3 days. $2 per hour for lead-hands. $1 per hour for working shift where at least one half of hours in shift fall between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Paid holidays: 12 days plus 1 Christmas Day floater. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 2 years, 20 days after 6 years, 25 days after 10 years. All accrued vacation more than 10 days will be paid out once per year, prior to Dec. 31 of each year
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 35 hours per week (inside employees) or 40 hours per week (outside employees). Double time after 2 hours of overtime. Time and one-half for first 8 hours when employee is called in on normally scheduled day of rest, double time for all work after 8 hours. May be taken as time off in lieu. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% for AMSC (Alberta Municipal Services Corporation) extended health with 100% recovery. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% for AMSC dental with 100% recovery.
Weekly indemnity: Employee pays 100% for AMSC weekly indemnity. 
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 8 days. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% for AMSC long-term disability.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% for AMSC accidental death and dismemberment. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% for AMSC group life 
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for funeral within Alberta, 5 days for funeral outside Alberta, for death of father, mother, legal guardian, spouse (including legal common-law), child, stepchildren, brother, sister, stepfather, stepmother, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law, mother-in-law, of employee, or employee’s spouse). 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Call-in pay: Time and one-half, minimum 3 hours. Double time after 2 hours of work. 
Probationary period: 3 months.
