Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2021. Ratified on Nov. 18, 2018. Signed on Dec. 18, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective 2019: 1.5%
Effective 2020: 1.5%
Effective 2021: 1.5%
Shift premium: $1 per hour on all shifts in which any hours are worked between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. Unused portions may accumulate, maximum 15 days and will be paid out by end of year if unused. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work during any hours other than regular hours. Double time after 2 hours of overtime, for work on regular day off or on statutory holiday.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $2,000 maximum combined coverage per person per year.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 120 days. 
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of parent, spouse, same-sex partner, common-law spouse, brother, sister, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandchild. Additional 4 days if burial occurs outside province. Additional 3 days for travel outside Canada or U.S. One-half day to attend in-town funeral as pallbearer; 1 day to attend out-of-town funeral as pallbearer. 
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at overtime rate. 
Probationary period: 3 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $150 every 2 years to those who are required to wear safety footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply hard hats, rubber boots, rain wear, coveralls, rubber gloves, goggles. $150 every 2 years to those who are required to wear swim wear.
Tool allowance: Employer will supply any tools or equipment considered necessary for employees to perform normal duties.
