Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2019. Ratified on Jan. 22, 2018. Signed on March 23, 2018. 
Shift premium: Maintenance staff working regular shift (not overtime) on Saturday or Sunday will receive additional 1 hour’s pay for each Saturday or Sunday worked. Hydro OMT’s working regular shift (not overtime) on Saturday or Sunday will receive additional 1 hour’s pay for each Saturday or Sunday worked. $2.79 per hour (previously $2.75 per hour) for employees scheduled to work evening and night shifts. Effective Jan. 1, 2019: $2.84 per hour.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: Plan 1: 120 hours to start, 160 hours after 3 years. Plan 2: 80 hours to start, 120 hours after 2 years, 160 hours after 8 years, 200 hours after 17 years, 240 hours after 23 years.
Overtime: Double time for all work outside employee’s scheduled hours of work on regular workday and for all time worked on scheduled days off and for all time worked on holidays.
Meal allowance: When employee — other than 12-hour shift employee — works longer than 10 hours on 8-hour shift, or 11 hours on 9-hour shift, and is not given sufficient notice to bring meal, employer will ensure employee receives meal and beverage in first half of 11th hour and every 4 hours thereafter provided overtime is to continue. For 12-hour shift employees, employer will ensure employee receives meal and beverage in first half of 15th hour and 4 hours thereafter provided overtime is to continue.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Plan. Employer pays 100% for Alberta Blue Cross plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% for Alberta Blue Cross dental care plan.
Seniority – recall rights: 9 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 2 hours' pay at double time. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employees will be reimbursed or provided with personal-protective clothing.
