Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Ratified on Nov. 15, 2018. Signed on Jan. 8, 2019.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2017: 0%
Effective April 1, 2018: 0% (subject to acceptance of new proposal on employment security)
Effective April 1, 2019: Tied to salary increase negotiated between government of Alberta and Alberta Union of Provincial Employees for direct employees of crown pursuant to Public Service Employee Relations Act.
Paid holidays: 13 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to start, 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 5 years, 25 days after 8 years, 30 days after 18 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.25 hours per day or 36.25 hours per week or on days of rest. May be taken as time off in lieu, maximum 36.25 hours in bank, must be taken within 90 days from when overtime was worked, or will be paid out in cash. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Employer will provide $2,500 per year for flexible spending account.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: Maximum 10 days casual illness leave per year. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66.67% of monthly salary, maximum $9,000 per month for evidenced disability, $5,000 for non-evidenced disability.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Bereavement leave: 10 days for death in immediate family (spouse, benefit partner, any relations of employee, spouse, benefit partner: parents, guardian, parent-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband or wife of any of them).
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Severance: 14 weeks’ pay after 1 year; 15 weeks’ pay after 2 years; 16 weeks’ pay after 3 years; 17 weeks’ pay after 4 years; 19 weeks’ pay after 5 years; 22 weeks’ pay after 6 years; 25 weeks’ pay after 7 years; 28 weeks’ pay after 8 years; 31 weeks’ pay after 9 years; 34 weeks’ pay after 10 years; 37 weeks’ pay after 11 years; 40 weeks’ pay after 12 years; 43 weeks’ pay after 13 years; 47 weeks’ pay after 14 years; 52 weeks’ pay after 12 years.
