Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2015, to Feb. 28, 2019. Ratified on March 8, 2016. Signed on March 8, 2016. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective March 1, 2015: $0.45
Effective March 1, 2016: $0.45
Effective March 1, 2017: $0.60
Effective March 1, 2018: $0.70
Shift premium: Lead hand premium: $1 per hour. Afternoon shift: $0.40 per hour for shifts starting at 2 p.m. or later. Night shift: $0.60 per hour for shifts starting at 10 p.m. or later. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. Double time and one-half for work on holidays.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 4 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 7 years. 4% for temporary seasonal workers.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week, paid in 15-minute increments. 
Dental: United Food and Commercial Workers’ Union Dental Care Plan. Employer will remit $0.32 per hour per employee to the fund.
Vision: $200 every 24 months.
Sick leave: 5 days per year.
STD: Employer covers 60% of premiums. 66 2/3% of salary starting on 4th day of sickness, maximum 120 days.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex spouse, son, daughter, mother, father, sister, brother). 3 days for death in extended family (mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law). 1 day for death in other family (aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews).
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Call-in pay: 4 hours’ minimum.
Probationary period: 3 months. 
Safety shoes: $100 for CSA-approved safety footwear. May be carried over into next year once only for a total of $200.
Uniforms/clothing: Company supplies all uniforms.
Tool allowance: $350 for millwrights, tradespeople for maintenance of standard tools.
