Renewal agreement: Effective March 24, 2017, to March 23, 2019. Signed on Sept. 26, 2017.
Shift premium: Time and one-half for all work performed after 8 a.m. Saturday and prior to 8 p.m. on Sunday. $1.50 per hour for lead hands. $0.50 per hour for all hours worked between 3 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. $1.50 per hour for licensed class T mechanics. $1 per hour for licensed class T and J mechanics
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: Vacation pay to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 18 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Meal allowance: $12 (previously $7) for maintenance man on road call who is away from terminal prior to or at conclusion of day’s work when employee would be normally coming on or going off duty for 2 hours or more.
Medical benefits: Employer will pay 100% of premiums for Ontario Health Insurance Plan. Employer will contribute $448 per month per employee to appropriate local union health and welfare plan.
Pension: Employer will contribute $610 per month (previously $600 per month) to Teamsters and Motor Transport Industrial Relations Bureau of Ontario Pension Plan
Bereavement leave: 5 days (3 days paid) for death in immediate family (father, mother, husband, wife, legal spouse, son, daughter, sister, brother, grandparents, grandchildren, stepparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 8 hours’ pay, time and one-half for minimum 4 hours’ pay on Saturday.
Probationary period: 60 days after employee has worked 8 hours per day. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Safety shoes: $115 per year for CSA-approved safety shoes.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply and maintain adequate coveralls, minimum 5 changes per week. Employer will supply raincoats, waterproof pants, lined rubber boots and hats to all maintenance employees required to work outside in inclement weather. Employer will provide all necessary safety equipment (rubber clothing, goggles, safety glasses, welding glasses, welding shields, welding screens) to protect employee. $50 for prescription safety glasses.
Tool allowance: $40 per week for employees who are required to provide own tools.
