Renewal agreement: Effective May 14, 2018, to May 14, 2021. Ratified on May 14, 2018. Signed on May 14, 2018. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 31, 2018: 2.5% (for employees with more than 36 months of service)
Effective Jan. 31, 2019: 1% (for employees with more than 36 months of service)
Effective Jan. 31, 2020: 1% (for employees with more than 36 months of service)
Shift premium: $1.75 per hour for employee selected as acting supervisor. $1.75 per hour for employees assigned to 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for all hours worked outside 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If employee works majority of hours outside 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on workday, shift differential will apply to entire shift.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 3 years, 20 days after 10 years, 25 days after 20 years, 26 days after 26 years, 27 days after 27 years, 28 days after 28 years, 29 days after 29 years, 30 days after 30 years. For employees hired after March 21, 2016: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 3 years, 20 days after 10 years, 25 days after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one half for all hours after day scheduled shift. Double time after first 4 hours and for work on employee’s scheduled days off. 
Meal allowance: $15 for employees who work 4 or more hours of overtime after regularly scheduled shift. 
Medical benefits: Employer will provide employees with group insured benefits program.
Sick leave: 8 days per year.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (employee’s mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, child). 3 days for death of mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparents.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at double time for emergencies. Employee will be paid starting after leaving home and ending after returning home. 
Probationary period: 180 days of employment.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years for all disciplinary letters involving less than suspension.
Severance: 1 week’s pay per year of service, after 5 years of service. 
Safety shoes: $175 for black safety shoes or black boots to each serviceman 1, serviceman 2 and installation helper.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply employees, who are required to wear uniform, with required uniforms.
Tool allowance: Tools will be supplied to each employee as deemed necessary.
Mileage: $0.49 per kilometre with $10 daily minimum.

7 to 12 months: $20.42 rising 2 steps to $21.45

25 to 30 months: $25.77 rising 2 steps to $27.07 
31 to 36 months: $27.50 rising 2 steps to $28.89
36 months: $29.87 rising 2 steps to 1%, plus performance-based increase
Installation helpers
0 to 6 months: $15.29 rising 2 steps to $16.06
7 to 12 months: $17.07 rising 2 steps to $17.93
13 to 18 months: $18.83 rising 2 steps to $19.78
19 to 24 months: $20.60 rising 2 steps to $21.64 
25 to 30 months: $21.94 rising 2 steps to $23.05 
31 to 36 months: $24.13 rising 2 steps to $25.35
36 months: $26.40 rising 2 steps to 1%, plus performance-based increase
Editor’s notes: Commuting: If reporting directly to job from home (or to home from job), compensation begins for any commute beyond 45 minutes. Prescription safety glasses: Employer will provide, once every 2 years, prescription safety glasses for employees, maximum $150 (previously $140). Overnight stays: $14 for breakfast; $17 for lunch; $24 dinner; $5 for incidentals.
