Renewal agreement: Effective April 5, 2015, to April 4, 2019. Signed on Dec. 9, 2015.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective March 26, 2016: 1%
Effective March 25, 2017: 1.5%
Effective march 24, 2018: 2%
Shift premium: $0.85 per hour for all hours worked between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. for regular hours of work. Not applicable if overtime rates apply. $1.50 for security employees on night shift.
Paid holidays: 12 days, plus one-half day each before Christmas Day and New Year’s Day if they are preceded by a scheduled working day.
Vacations with pay: 0.58 days per biweekly period worked to a maximum of 15 days to start, 0.77 days per biweekly period worked to a maximum of 20 days after 6 years, 0.96 days per biweekly period to a maximum of 25 days after 12 years, 1.15 days per biweekly period to a maximum of 30 days after 20 years. Rounded off to nearest whole number. Up to 10 days can be carried over to next year. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked outside of normal daily or weekly hours or on a paid holiday. Minimum of 2 hours' pay if employee is notified to return to work before completion of work if overtime is not continuous with regular hours. Minimum 2 hours' pay if called back to work. Can be banked as lieu time.
Meal allowance: $15 or meal provided if employee works unscheduled overtime of more than 2 hours following normal work day, or more than 4 hours of overtime on a regular day of rest.
Sick leave: 180 calendar days. If employee returns for at least 40 consecutive working days, the count will be reset to 180. If employee returns to sick leave after less than 40 consecutive working days, the count will continue from where it left off.
Bereavement leave: 4 consecutive work days for death of parent, spouse, sibling, child, parent-in-law, or second-degree relative who has been residing in same household. 1 work day for death of grandparent, grandchild, sibling-in-law, child-in-law or primary caregiver. Up to 2 additional days if burial is outside Winnipeg.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months for regular or project employees, 9 months for temporary or casual employees.
Probationary period: 420 working hours in one position unless posting or appointment provides for a greater period.
Severance: 20 working days salary for first year of seniority plus 10 working days’ salary for each subsequent year to a maximum of 260 working days.
Safety shoes: $150 per year allowance.
Uniforms/clothing: Company will provide where required. Employees are responsible for care.
