Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2020. Signed on Sept. 15, 2017.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% of gross earnings as vacation pay regularly on biweekly basis.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 40 hours per week. 
Bereavement leave: Employee will be granted leave for remainder of scheduled shift for death in immediate family (spouse through marriage, common-law spouse, same-sex partner, parent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepbrother, stepsister, parent-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, guardian, ward).
Probationary period: 4 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months for coaching letters; 24 months for disciplinary action.
Safety shoes: $175 per year after 1 year of service. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide and replace required clothing when determined necessary by employer. This will include outerwear where applicable.

Editor’s notes: First-aid training: Employer will provide courses required to maintain CPR and first-aid certification for any casual part-time employee who requires certification in first aid, CPR and whose certification lapses. Employees attending training provided by employer will be compensated, maximum 4 hours per year, at rate of pay for time spent attending training.
