Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2018, to Feb. 28, 2022. Signed on March 14, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective March 1, 2018: 1%
Effective March 1, 2019: 2.25%
Effective March 1, 2020: 2.5%
Effective March 1, 2021: 2.5%
Shift premium: Where employer requests employee to work through half-hour meal period, employee will be paid 150% for that period. $0.75 per hour (previously $0.70 per hour) for all hours worked between 3 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month of service, maximum 10 days or 4% to start, 10 days or 4% after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 5 years, 20 days or 8% after 10 years, 25 days or 10% after 20 years, 30 days or 12% after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day or on Saturday or Sunday or on scheduled days off. May be banked, minimum 4 hours per day or 80 hours per year. 
Dental: $300 for glasses every 2 years, unless prescription changes prior to 2-year period.
Sick leave: 5 days per year. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days (3 days paid) for death of spouse, child, father, mother, brother, sister. 1 day for death of father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren. Additional day without pay if funeral is more than 500 kilometres away. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months with less than 5 years of seniority; 24 months with more than 5 years of seniority. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at 150% of straight-time hourly rate.
Probationary period: 120 days worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: After 1 year of service, 1 week’s pay per year of service, maximum 12 weeks. 
Safety shoes: Maximum $150 every 2 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Every 2 years, employer will provide warehouse employees with long pants, short pants, long-sleeve shirts, short-sleeve shirts or polo shirts, winter jacket, vest, cap, toque, belt. All other employees will receive 1 shirt every 2 years with company logo.

Clerk: $19.94 rising 4 steps to $21.64
Agent: $20.72 rising 4 steps to $22.48
Lead-agent: $21.51 rising 4 steps to $23.34
Warehouse 
Operator: $22.29 rising 4 steps to $24.18
Lead-operator: $23.08 rising 4 steps to $25.04
Bonus: $300

Editor’s notes: Health and safety training: Every 2 years, employer will grant members of union health and safety committee 2-day leave of absence with pay for health and safety training purposes. Social justice fund: Employer will deduct on behalf of all employees, $20 per year for Unifor Social Justice Fund.
