Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 5, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2018. Signed on April 3, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective second year of agreement: 1.5%
Effective third year of agreement: 2%
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 3 years, 25 days after 8 years, 30 days after 12 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 2 hours after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time thereafter. May be banked, maximum 10 days. 
Medical benefits:  Employer pays 100% of premiums for group insurance plan arranged through Association of Yukon Communities.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 day per month, maximum 24 days.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Employer matches employee contributions, maximum 5%, to company RSP.  Effective year 2 or agreement: 5.5%. Effective year 3: 6%.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, stepfather, stepmother, stepsibling, foster-parent, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, spouse, son, daughter, stepchild, ward of employee, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, any relative residing in employee’s household) or 6 days if attending funeral. 1 day for death of non-family member.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: The greater of: hours worked at straight time or 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Safety shoes: $175 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide to public works (including landfill/recycling) employees:  overalls (winter/summer) every two years, winter safety rubber boots, hard hats, safety rubber gloves, gloves, multi-season coat every 2 years.

UM0 2: $31 rising 3 steps to $32.10
UMO 1: $27 rising 3 steps to $27.96
UMO: $22.50 rising 3 steps to $23.30
Landfill: $22 rising 3 steps to $22.78
Recycle: $22 rising 3 steps to $22.78
Gardener: $22.50 rising 3 steps to $23.30
Arena supervisor: $22 rising 3 steps to $22.78
Arena assistant: $22 rising 3 steps to $22.78
Pool supervisor: $22 rising 3 steps to $22.78
Assistant pool supervisor: $22 rising 3 steps to $22.78
Senior lifeguard: $18.50 rising 3 steps to $19.15
Lifeguard: $15.75 rising 3 steps to $16.31
Labourer: $22 rising 3 steps to $22.78
$1,000 lump sum paid upon ratification
Editor’s notes: Long-service leave: Employees will be awarded 1 additional week of vacation on employee's 20th, 25th and 30th year of service. Travel time: After 1 year of service, employee will be given 3 days’ travel time once per year. Maximum 3 days travel time may be carried over to next year. Flight allowance: Employees will receive $2,000 per year vacation transportation allowance on each anniversary of employment.
