Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2019. Signed on April 1, 2016.
Shift premium: Training premiums: $38.50 per hour plus $19.25 per training sector or event for briefing and administrative duties for general training including flight training. $57.75 per hour plus $38.50 per day for briefing and administrative duties for full-flight-simulator training. $38.50 per day for line indoctrination/line checks. Per diem: $3 per hour (previously $2.75 per hour) per crew member. $350 per month for dual-typed pilots (holding more than one PPC). $60 per month (previously $40 per month) for cellphones.
Paid holidays: 11 days. Employee may substitute 11 other days (none in December) in lieu of standard holidays. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 4 years, 25 days after 10 years, 30 days after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half when working more than 80 hours per scheduled period. 
Sick leave: After 3 months to 1 year of employment: 5 days; after 1 year to 5 years of employment: 8 days; after 5 years of employment: 10 days.
Pension: RRSP: After 2 years’ employment, employer contributes $0.50 for every $1 employee contributes, maximum 2.5% of salary or $2,500 per year; after 5 years’ employment, employer contributes $1 for every $1 employee contributes, maximum 5% of salary or $5,000 per year.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (parent, spouse, common-law spouse, brother, sister, child, grandparent, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months for regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures or safety reasons. 18 months for other reasons.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay per year of service.
Safety shoes: $75 per year. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply to pilots: 3 dress slacks, 4 dress shirts, 2 ties, 1 winter jacket, 1 light-weight jacket, 2 sweaters, 1 toque, 1 set of epaulettes.

Editor’s notes: Drafting: Employees drafted to duty during one of guaranteed days off will receive time and one-half pay, plus future paid day off, for each day of draft. Such days will be taken within 90 days. Training: Reimbursement of 50% of cost of tuition, books, maximum $750 per year. Fitness allowance: $200 per year, which must be used for organized sport or fitness/wellness activity excluding equipment rental or purchase. Property loss: Employer will replace required crew baggage, headset (maximum $600), electronic flight bag tablet issued by employer, functional flight bag, flashlight when theft, loss or damage occurs while on company business.
