Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2020. Signed on Feb 10, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Trades
Effective date of ratification: $0.50 per hour
Effective Feb. 1, 2017: $0.50 per hour 
Effective Feb. 1, 2018: $0.50 per hour
Effective Feb. 1, 2019: $0.50 per hour
Shift premium: $0.70 per hour will be paid for hours worked between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. Effective Feb.1, 2018: $0.75 per hour. Effective Feb.1, 2019: $0.80 per hour. $0.90 per hour will be paid for hours actually worked between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Effective Feb.1, 2018: $0.95 per hour. Effective Feb.1, 2019: $1 per hour. $0.85 per hour for employee designated to provide first-aid coverage. $0.25 per hour for employee designated responsibility for temporary scheduling and co-ordinating for 6 months per year.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 3 floating days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4.5% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6.5% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 8.5% after 7 years, 5 weeks or 10.5% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 12.5% after 23 years, 7 weeks or 14.5% after 30 years. After completing 5 years’ service, employee will received supplementary vacation time: 1 week after 5 years, 2 weeks after 10 years, 3 weeks after 20 years, 5 weeks after 30 years, 5 weeks after 40 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or Saturday or designated day off. May be deferred, maximum 40 hours per year.
Meal allowance: $12 when working more than 2 hours of overtime. Additional $12 after more than 4 hours’ overtime.
Vision: $300 per person every 24 months. $75 per year for eye exams.
AD&D: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pay 20% of premiums for coverage of 2-times annual salary.
Life insurance: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pay 20% of premiums for coverage consisting of 2-times annual salary.
Pension: Employees contribute 2% per year to Pension Plan for Unionized Employees of WestRock.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent. 3 days for death in immediate family. 
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay, minimum 4 hours’ if any work done.
Probationary period: 60 days or 480 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2,080 worked hours.
Safety shoes: $145 per year for boots (full ankle needs to be covered).
