Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2019. Signed on July 15, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2017: 1%
Effective April 1, 2018: 2%
Paid holidays: 9 days for all employees. Family Day, Easter Monday for youth worker A, youth worker B, cooks, attendance centre. 2 floating holidays for clerical, maintenance, CST, janitorial, social worker.
Vacations with pay: 13.33 hours per month to start for 40-hour-per-week employee, 160 hours up to 5 years, 200 hours after 5 years, 240 hours after 10 years. 11.667 hours per month to start for 35-hour-per-week employee, 140 hours up to 5 years, 175 hours after 5 years, 210 hours after 10 years. 6% pay to start for supply employees, 8% after 5 years, 10% after 10 years. May be carried over year-to-year, maximum employee’s annual allotment.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular hours. 
Meal allowance: $50 per day (breakfast $10, lunch $15, dinner $25) for out-of-town work.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums of SSQ Extended Health Care Plan.
Dental: Employer pays 60% of premiums, employees pay 40% of premiums for SSQ Preventative Dental Plan. $3,000 lifetime coverage for orthodontics. 80% coverage for dentures.
Vision: $500 (previously $300) every 2 years.
Paramedical: $900 maximum per year combined total for physiotherapy, chiropractor, massage therapy. $200 may be used for fitness program.
Sick leave: 18 days per year. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66.7% of monthly earnings, maximum $5,000 per month. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums of group life insurance plan. Coverage of double employee’s salary. 
Pension: Employer contributes 5%, employee contributes 5%.
Bereavement leave: 2 weeks for death of spouse, child. 5 days for death of parent, sibling, fiancé, grandchild. 3 days for death of grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law. 1 day for death of uncle, aunt, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephew, niece, or if asked to serve as pallbearer.
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 6 months. Prior to entering probationary period, all new hires will be required to successfully complete Creighton-sponsored PMAB certification course. After working 200 hours, employees will receive 16 hours’ pay.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: Employee will receive payment in accordance with Employment Standards Act, plus 1 week per year of service, maximum 6 months.
Safety shoes: $400 per year for cooks to purchase non-slip shoes, uniforms. $150 per year for youth worker A to purchase non-slip shoes.
Uniforms/clothing: $400 per year for cooks to purchase non-slip shoes, uniforms. $400 per year janitor and maintenance person to purchase coveralls and other protective clothing
Mileage: $0.48 per kilometre.
