Members of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), Local 905 ratified a collective agreement with Safran Electronics and Defense Canada on Nov. 15 in Peterborough, Ont..

The three-year agreement provides wage increases of one per cent in the first year, 1.25 per cent in the second year and 1.5 per cent in the third year, said the union.

Other agreement highlights include an improved safety boot allowance and improved vision care benefits, according to IAM.
