Wage adjustments: 
Effective Oct. 3, 2018: $0.50 per hour lump-sum payment for all hours worked between Jan. 1, 2018, to Oct. 3, 2018
Effective Oct. 3, 2018: $0.50 per hour for red-circled employees
Effective Sept. 1, 2019: $0.50 per hour for red-circled employees
Effective Sept. 1, 2020: $0.50 per hour for red-circled employees
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for all hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% (previously 70%) of premiums, employee pays 25% (previously 30%) of premiums. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 75% (previously 70%) of premiums, employee pays 25% (previously 30%) of premiums. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. $2,000 per year for basic, major services. 
Vision: $250 twice per year for employee; $250 per year for dependants. 
Sick leave: 4 days per year. 
STD: Employer pays 75% (previously 70%) of premiums, employee pays 25% (previously 30%) of premiums. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. 
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employer pays 75% (previously 70%) of premiums, employee pays 25% (previously 30%) of premiums. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in family (spouse, adult interdependent partner, common-law partner; children (and partner/spouse); current or former foster-children (and partner/spouse); current or former wards; parents, stepparents; current or former guardians (and partner/spouse); current or former foster-parents, siblings, half-siblings, stepsiblings (and partner/spouse); grandchildren, stepgrandchildren (and partner/spouse); grandparents, stepgrandparents; aunts, uncles, step-aunts, step-uncles (and partner/spouse); nieces, nephews (and partner/spouse); person employee isn’t related to but considers to be like close relative. 5 days for death of spouse’s children (and partner/spouse); current or former wards, parents, stepparents, foster-parents, sibling, half-sibling, stepsibling, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Probationary period: 60 days worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year for reprimands; 2 years for suspensions.
Severance: 6 months to start; 12 months after 5 years of service. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide maximum 5 long-sleeve shirts, as required, to each employee.
