Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on April 23, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 3.1% and 1.8%
Effective Dec. 31, 2017: 2.6% and 2.2%
Effective Dec. 30, 2018: 2.9% and 1.7%
Effective Dec. 29, 2019: 2.5% and 2.1%
Shift premium: Night allowance: $0.75 per hour between 4 p.m. and 5:59 a.m. Lead hand: $0.50 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 12 % after 25 years.  
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 4 hours, double time after. Maximum 40 hours banked for time off. 
Medical benefits: Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan premiums covered by employer.
Pension: Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pension Plan employer contribution. (Effective Jan. 3, 2016: $2.65 per hour. Effective Jan. 3, 2017: $2.80 per hour. Effective Dec. 31, 2017: $2.95 per hour. Effective  Dec. 30, 2018: $3.10 per hour. Effective  Dec. 29, 2019: $3.25 per hour).
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sons, stepson, daughter, stepdaughters, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, spouse’s grandparents, stepfather, stepmother).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 60 days.  
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Safety shoes: $100 per year reimbursed. 
Uniforms/clothing: 1 jacket, 3 shirts, 2 pairs of trousers, company cap paid by company. Winter parka replaced every 3 years.
Sample rates of pay (current, after 11.6% and 8.1% increase):
P&D driver: $22.36 rising 4 steps to $24.96
Dockmen: $22.26 rising 4 steps to $24.06
Part-time/casual: $17.64 
Editor’s notes: Personal leave: 1 day per year. One-time bonus: $1,000 on pay date after ratification.
