Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2018. Signed on March 1, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2015: 2.25%
Effective April 1, 2016: 2%
Effective April 1, 2017: 1.5%
Paid holidays: 13 days.
Vacations with pay: 1 ¼ days per month with 10 days’ pay to start, 1 ½ days per month with 10 days’ pay after 3 years; 1 2/3 days per month with 10 days’ pay after 5 years, 2 days per month with 10 days’ pay after 10 years. Maximum 5 days may be carried over to following year. One-time bonus of 5 days at 7, 10 and 15 years of continuous service. 
Overtime: Time-and-one-half for more than 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week. Double time for: hours beyond 10 consecutive days without a day of rest; hours beyond 8 worked with less than 9 hours of rest between workdays; all hours for shifts beginning between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. or where 4 hours or more are worked between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m.; 7th and subsequent hours when six hours are worked without a meal break; 5th and subsequent hours of an 8-hour shift with no meal break; all hours in excess of 12 hours in one day.
Meal allowance: $20 if employee works a second shift in one day of 4 hours or more, or if the employee doesn’t receive a meal break after 6 hours.
Medical benefits: 100% employer paid.
Dental: 100% employer paid.
Paramedical: 100% employer paid.
Weekly indemnity: 100% employer paid.
Sick leave: 1 ½ days per month with 10 days’ pay, to a maximum of 110 days.
LTD: 100% employer paid.
AD&D: 100% employer paid.
Life insurance: 100% employer paid.
Pension: Employees may elect to enrol in group RRSP; contributions matched by company.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in employee’s immediate family, in-laws, grandparent or surrogate parent. 2 additional days if travel is required outside Whitehorse.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Probationary period: 6 months.
Safety shoes: $150 maximum.
Uniforms/clothing: $150 per year for production staff towards cost of “dress blacks” to be worn when in view of an audience.

Assistant venue co-ordinator – old fire all/wharf: $32,245.20 rising in 3 steps to $34,959.60
Box office manager: $36,458.24 rising in 3 steps to $39,520
Programming and production assistant: $39,187.20 rising in 3 steps to $44,096
Client services co-ordinator: $52,166.40 rising in 3 steps to $56,700.80
Assistant bookkeeper: $21,694.40 rising in 3 steps to $23,545.60
Senior casual stage hand: $20.95/hour rising in 3 steps to $23.17
Casual stage hand, box office, FOH, bar – casual, gallery casual: $17.74/hour rising in 3 steps to $19.64 
Casual FOH co-ordinator: $17.15/hour rising in 3 steps to $18.05
Gallery preparatory: $21.91/hour rising in 3 steps to $23.75
