Wage adjustments:

Effective Dec. 22, 2018: 2.8%

Effective Dec. 22, 2019: 2.2%

Effective Dec. 22, 2020: 1.5%

Effective Dec. 22, 2021: 1.5%

Shift premium: $2.25 per hour for all hours worked between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays. Maximum 5% for employees who perform management-group duties during annual performance-review period, paid as 1-time lump sum.

Paid holidays: 11 days.

Vacations with pay: 9.375 hours per month during which employee receives pay for at least 10 days or 75 hours to start, 10.625 hours after 7 years, 12.5 hours per month after 8 years, 13.75 hours per month after 16 years, 14.4 hours per month after 17 years, 15.675 hours per month after 18 years, 17.5 hours per month after 27 years, 18.75 hours per month after 28 years. Employees classified as PS receive 12.5 hours per month after 1 year. Employees classified as LS receive 12.5 hours after 7 years. Employees classified as SE receive 12.5 hours after 17 years. employee may carry over into following vacation year, maximum 262.5 hours (vacation credits greater than 262.5 hours will be paid in cash). During any vacation year, earned but unused credits greater than 112.5 hours may be paid in cash.

Overtime: Time and one-half for first 7.5 hours worked beyond normally scheduled hours for 1 day or 1 week or on day of rest or on designated paid holiday. Double time for hours worked beyond 7.5 hours of overtime, on second and subsequent days of rest, and on designated paid holiday contiguous to day of rest. May be taken as compensatory leave but all time not used by Sept. 30 of following year will be paid out in cash. Maximum 37.5 hours may be carried over into following year.

Meal allowance: $12 for employees who work 3 or more hours of overtime immediately before or following scheduled hours of work, except where free meals are provided. Additional $12 for additional 4 hours of overtime.

Sick leave: 9.375 hours for each calendar month for which employee receives pay for at least 75 hours.

Bereavement leave: 7 consecutive calendar days or 5 paid working days for death of parent, stepparent, foster-parent, sibling, stepsibling, spouse, child, stepchild, ward, grandchild, grandparent, parent-in-law, child-in-law, relative with whom employee permanently resides, person who stands in place of relative for employee whether or not there is any blood relation. 1 paid day for death of sibling-in-law. Up to 3 paid days for travel.

Call-in pay: When employee is called back to work after completing normal hours of work, at least 3 hours of pay at overtime rate.

Severance: First layoff: 2 weeks’ pay, 3 weeks’ pay after 10 years of service, 4 weeks’ pay after 20 years of service, plus 1 week for each additional complete year of continuous employment and portion of 1 week’s pay for additional partial year of service. Second layoff: 1 week’s pay for each complete year of service plus partial week for 1 additional partial year of service.
