Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 1, 2017, to Sept. 30, 2022. Signed on May 25, 2018.
Shift premium: Time and one-half for all work performed after 8 a.m. on Saturday and prior to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus day before Christmas and 1 personal day. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 18 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $488 per month (previously $478 per month) for each employee to Local Union Health and Welfare Plan.
Sick leave: One-half day per month, maximum 2 sick days per year, after 1 year of service; maximum 1 day per year for employees with less than 1 year of service.
Pension: Employer will contribute $438 per month (previously $480 per month) for each employee to Teamsters and Motor Transport Industrial Relations Bureau of Ontario Pension Plan. Effective Oct. 1, 2019: $464 per month. Effective Oct. 1, 2020: $490 per month. Effective Sept. 30, 2021: $516 per month
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, spouse, son, daughter, sister, brother, grandparents, grandchildren, stepparent, stepchildren, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews).
Seniority – recall rights: 24 working months.
Call-in pay: If employee is requested to report before regular shift, all time prior to regular starting time will be paid at overtime rate and regular day will commence at regular starting time.
Probationary period: 60 calendar days. 
Safety shoes: $75 plus applicable taxes per year when employees are required to wear safety shoes/boots. If employees furnish medical evidence of inability to wear standard safety shoes/boots, employer will contribute equivalent cost of standard safety shoes/boots allowance toward cost of special safety footwear.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 8.7% increase):
Full-time: $18.30 rising 4 steps to $19.90

Part-time: $15 
Editor’s notes: Provisions for medicals: Employer will pay for all medical examinations which may be required by employer in cases where there is reasonable justification. If examination must be taken outside normal working hours, employee will be given minimum of 3 days’ notice and will be paid $10. If travel outside municipal boundary of City of Woodstock is required, flat amount of $15 will be paid to employee. Parking facilities: Employer will provide adequate parking facilities for all employees at terminal and ensure that facilities are properly maintained on regular basis. Industry fund: Employer will contribute $0.05 per hour to Teamsters Union, Local 879 Advancement Fund.
