Survey takes pulse of wellness programs

Research will be published in new book

How does your wellness program stack up against other employers?

Author Neil Rankin is conducting research for his new book, Employer’s Guide to Employee Wellness, and has setup a quick, eight-question survey to identify trends in wellness.

Questions include:

•Who is on your wellness committee?

•What do wellness programs take into account?

•How are wellness programs communicated?

•Are wellness programs available on portable devices, such as smartphones?

•Has wellness funding increased or decreased in the past year?

Results will be published in the book and in an upcoming issue of Canadian HR Reporter. You can take the survey by visiting http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/X2BN2X3.

The book will be published by Carswell, a Thomson Reuters business. Canadian HR Reporter is also published by Thomson Reuters.
