Annual report celebrates top Canadian employers when it comes to innovation in human resources
“Staying on top of HR trends and not shying away from trying new technology like AI, [which] is unknown but can ultimately better serve their organization.”
That’s one of the key ways that HR leaders are being innovative in Canada, according to Anthony Ariganello, president and CEO of CPHR British Columbia and Yukon and CPHR Canada.
A long-time industry expert, Ariganello is one of several HR leaders featured in the Canadian HR Reporter special report The Best HR Teams for Innovation in Canada for 2024.
The annual report recognizes employers that are breaking boundaries to move the HR profession forward – whether it’s by taking a progressive approach to recruitment, introducing new technology or rolling out a ground-breaking reward and recognition strategy.
All of this year’s 29 winners were judged to be bold, agile and forward-thinking.
