HR mentoring program launched in Toronto

The Toronto HR Professionals Association (THRPA) has introduced a mentoring program for HR professionals. Mentors must be a THRPA member at the manager level or above with at least five years’ experience and hold the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Those wishing to be mentored must be an employed HRPAO or THRPA member with a minimum of six months’ experience and be working towards the CHRP designation. The program is an opportunity for seasoned HR professionals to develop the next generation and gives the less experienced the opportunity to learn from them.
