Foot massages, billboards and cookies make candidates stand out

As the job market tightens, jobseekers are getting more creative in their attempts to capture the attention of recruiters, according to a new survey.

The survey of 3,388 hiring managers by job website CareerBuilder.com found 12 per cent of them are seeing more jobseekers resorting to unusual antics in 2008 compared to previous years.

Some of the candidates who stood out the most include:
