Mallory began her career as a content editor for Thomson Reuters Canada's legal products before moving to the media side of the company, where she started as a copy editor and progressed to assistant editor.

Mallory graduated from Queen's University with a major in English and a minor in sociology, and received her journalism diploma from Centennial College. A life-long learner, she loves nothing more than covering new developments in human resource management.
