Cancelling the auto-renewal of your subscription

You must notify us of cancellation at least three (3) business days before your next billing date. When you cancel, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription and the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. Cancellation part way through a billing period does not entitle you to a refund for unused parts of your subscription. Your cancellation request must be made at least three (3) business days before your next billing date otherwise we may not be able to stop your next payment from being deducted.

If this occurs, you must reply to our email otherwise your subscription will not be cancelled.
Once the auto-renewal has been cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you must firstly check your spam folders, and then contact us using one of the methods above.
