Human resources advisor

The Ontario government in the County of Lennox and Addington is looking for a human resources advisor who will provide recommendations and support on courses of action when dealing with employee/labour relations issues, including disciplinary matters, conducting or assisting with workplace investigations, grievance processes and collective bargaining. The advisor will also support the facilitation and resolution of employee conflicts/issues, and act as the corporate employee health and wellness committee co-chair. Candidates must have a degree/diploma in human resources, with three years of progressive experience as an HR professional, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. EMS Ingénierie in Quebec City is looking for a human resources advisor who will prepare employment contracts and various hiring documents, and take charge of the full staffing cycle. The advisor will also collaborate in the development of the HR marketing strategy in connection with the employer brand, carry out the administrative follow-up of employee training files and take charge of the management of group insurance and other social benefits. Human resources consultant

Exhibition Place in Toronto is looking for a human resources consultant who will work in consultation with hiring managers in the development of recruitment plans for external and internal positions within the organization. The consultant will also lead new hire onboarding, and follow up on and follow through with the hiring manager to ensure administrative functions – such as orientations checklists, probationary reviews, exit interviews, compensation reviews using Hay points etc. – are completed. Nova Scotia Health Authority in Sydney is looking for a human resources business partner who will provide strategic human resources leadership and consultation to an assigned group of senior leaders and managers. The business partner will also provide appropriate coaching, support and guidance to managers in managing employee performance, supporting team functioning, grievances and workforce planning, among others. Candidates must have a post-secondary degree in HR, with at least five years of work experience providing human resource services within a complex unionized environment with multiple unions and/or collective agreements.
