The manager will also liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers. MMR Consulting in Woodbridge, Ont. is looking for a human resources consultant who will plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs; and advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements.
