Isioma Coker is a Human Resources leader with more than 15 years of global experience across labour relations, business partnering, compensation and benefits, and organizational design in diverse industries. At SaskTel, she leads the corporation's labour relations strategy, strengthens union–management relationships, and advances a compelling employee value proposition underpinned by robust compensation and benefits programs.

Throughout her career, Isioma has been a trusted advisor to executive teams navigating complex change, organizational restructures, mergers and acquisitions, and expatriate management. Her command of collective bargaining and employee relations has been central to sustaining compliance, stability, and positive workplace cultures through periods of transformation.

Known for a collaborative, pragmatic style, Isioma engages effectively across the spectrum of stakeholders such as senior executives, union leaders, government partners, and frontline teams alike. Her leadership consistently supports high levels of employee engagement and organizational trust.

Isioma holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester (England) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baylor University (United States). She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (Chartered FCIPD), a Chartered Member of CPHR Saskatchewan, and a member of its Board of Directors.
