Norm Sabapathy is a C-suite executive with more than 25 years of management experience at global, multi-billion-dollar industry leaders in sectors including industrial, transportation, manufacturing, services, food, consumer packaged goods, investments, and commercial real estate.
Norm is currently Executive Vice President, Corporate Services at Cadillac Fairview Corporation (CF), one of North America’s largest owners, operators, investors and developers of best-in-class real estate across office, retail, multi-family residential, industrial, and mixed-use asset classes, with $30 billion in assets. At CF, he oversees enterprise-wide functions such as Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management, Philanthropy, Data and Technology.
Norm has Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Industrial Relations degrees and holds a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation. He is an International Foundation certified Trustee, an Institute of Corporate Directors certified Board Director, and has experience with various for-profit and not-for-profit Boards, as well as industry and volunteer organizations
