With 10 years of progressive HR experience, including extensive expertise in the property management and real estate sectors, Rainu Singh joined Crown Property Management Inc. in 2019 and has advanced from HR Generalist to Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, organizational culture, and talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with Crown’s business vision and long-term objectives.
Holding a CHRP designation and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management, Rainu is recognized for delivering innovative, technology-enabled HR solutions that drive operational efficiency and support organizational growth. She has successfully built a high-performing HR function with a lean team, leveraging technology and streamlined processes to maximize impact across the organization. Most recently, Rainu earned her Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification, further strengthening her expertise in leading organizational transformation and change initiatives. She was also recognized as one of HRD’s Top HR Executives and Leaders in the World (Global 100) for 2025.
