MNP in Calgary is looking for a national human resources advisor who will collaborate with HR leadership to research, develop, communicate and implement HR strategies, initiatives and programs. The advisor will also administer projects and initiatives with an emphasis on progressive HR, consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement; and contribute to the development of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) processes, tools and templates that promote a culture of inclusivity. ABB in Dorval, Que. is looking for a human resources advisor who will assume responsibilities related to the management of human resources, such as the comprehensive staffing process, skills development, and administration of the various programs and policies in place. The advisor will also participate in the application of the benefit plans and various payroll activities, and carry out computer transactions related to personnel movements. The Ontario government in Toronto is looking for a human resources consultant who will provide advice and guidance relative to employee and labour relations matters, and work together with division managers and the employee and labour relations community to identify and resolve problems.
