Human resources director

Voyageur Aviation in North Bay, Ont. is looking for a human resources director who will manage the full scope of HR practices (strategic, talent development and operational) with a leadership seat at the table. The director will also provide leadership, oversight and interpretation of the collective agreement between the IAM bargaining unit and Voyageur. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or commerce, with at least 15 years of experience in HR work and at least five years of experience managing a team of HR professionals.
