Human resources advisor

Northview Canadian High Yield Residential Fund in Calgary is looking for a human resources advisor who will conduct compensation market reviews (both internally and externally) for roles, as needed, and assist with the research and design of the compensation strategy and philosophy for the company. Human resources manager

Marriott International in Montreal is looking for a human resources manager who will oversee/monitor the candidate identification and selection process; prepare, audit and distribute unemployment claim activity reports to property management; and collaborate with the management team to ensure departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive the appropriate new hire training. Human resources partner

Ubisoft in Toronto is looking for a human resources partner who will act as an advisor to Managers on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations, provide coaching and develop performance improvement plans. The partner will also collaborate with the HR manager to implement the yearly performance review process. Candidates must have completed either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in HR management and be working toward or have obtained a Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP or CHRL).
