Director of HR

The director will also review compensation and total rewards structure; offer support, guidance, and coaching to leaders and managers across the organization; and organize and execute training and development initiatives. Walgre Transport in Welland, Ont. is looking for a human resources manager who will plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and manage training and development strategies. The manager will also oversee the analysis of employee data and information; respond to employee questions and complaints; and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
