The University of Calgary is looking for a human resources advisor who will advise leadership on standard practices and associated practices involving collective agreements as it relates to recruitment. The advisor will also prepare offer letters in consultation with the hiring manager, and process resignations, retirements and terminations for all employee groups. Marriott International in Toronto is looking for a human resources manager who will assist in the interviewing and hiring of HR employee team members with the appropriate skills, and prepare, audit and distribute unemployment claim activity reports to property management. The manager will also reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, and checks for supportive documentation.
