Human resources consultant

The Manitoba government in Winnipeg is looking for a human resources consultant who will provide support and consultation to senior-level leaders, managers and employees on a variety of labour and employee relations issues, including effectively interpreting HR policies and programs. The consultant will also lead and participate in the full-cycle recruitment process, and support employment coordination, which includes disability management, accommodations and return to work programs. Candidates must have a post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate with specialization in HR, with extensive experience within the domain of recruitment and selection and the competitive process cycle, or an equivalent combination of related education, training and experience. Ontario Health in Toronto is looking for a chief human resources officer who will provide strategic direction to lead and develop the key foundational human resources and organizational development framewo3rks, programs, operational policies, and the provision of expert advisory services. Human resources manager

Magna International in Belleville, Ont. is looking for a human resources manager who will manage and lead the review, enhancement and development of all employment policies and the employee handbook. The manager will also advise and provide direction on matters relating to employment standards, human rights and labour relations, and remain current with relative legislative changes, and manage all management-level staff recruiting. Human resources generalist

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel in Vancouver is looking for a human resources generalist who will consult with leaders, HR directors and HR generalists on the requirements of assigned positions and collaborate in the efficient and timely recruiting of employees. The generalist will also respond to all assigned hiring inquiries, and assist with work on WorkSafeBC claims.
