Human resources consultant
The Manitoba government in Winnipeg is looking for a human resources consultant who will provide support and consultation to senior-level leaders, managers and employees on a variety of labour and employee relations issues, including effectively interpreting HR policies and programs. The consultant will also lead and participate in the full-cycle recruitment process, and support employment coordination, which includes disability management, accommodations and return to work programs. Candidates must have a post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate with specialization in HR, with extensive experience within the domain of recruitment and selection and the competitive process cycle, or an equivalent combination of related education, training and experience. Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel in Vancouver is looking for a human resources generalist who will consult with leaders, HR directors and HR generalists on the requirements of assigned positions and collaborate in the efficient and timely recruiting of employees.
