Human resources manager
Marriott International in Toronto is looking for a human resources manager who will manage the recruitment and hiring process and support a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training. The manager will also ensure all safety and security policies are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, bulletin boards, etc. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with three years of experience in the human resources, management operations or a related professional area; or a two-year degree from an accredited university in human resources, business administration or a related major with one year of experience in the human resources, management operations or other related professional areas. The Alberta government in Calgary is looking for a human resources business partner who will lead and/or participate in workplace investigations and restorations, including workplace assessments, conflict coaching, alternative dispute resolution and recommendations; and advise leaders on employee and labour relations matters. The business partner will also champion and influence the advancement of employee equity, diversity , inclusion, and belonging.
