Human resources director

Soucy Group in Drummondville, Que. is looking for a human resources director who will play an advisory role with managers in the application of HR policies and programs, while acting as a coach in their personal development plan. The director will also be responsible for the staffing process for office positions, and follow up on the integration of new employees with the support of a recruitment team. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources management with at least seven up to 10 years of experience in an HR professional role. Human resources manager

Marriott International in Toronto is looking for a human resources manager who will manage the recruitment and hiring process and support a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training. The manager will also ensure all safety and security policies are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, bulletin boards, etc. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with three years of experience in the human resources, management operations or a related professional area; or a two-year degree from an accredited university in human resources, business administration or a related major with one year of experience in the human resources, management operations or other related professional areas. The Alberta government in Calgary is looking for a human resources business partner who will lead and/or participate in workplace investigations and restorations, including workplace assessments, conflict coaching, alternative dispute resolution and recommendations; and advise leaders on employee and labour relations matters. The business partner will also champion and influence the advancement of employee equity, diversity , inclusion, and belonging. Wales McLelland Construction in Richmond, B.C. is looking for a human resources generalist who will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including preparing and posting position ads, identifying and pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, working with the hiring manager, performing reference checks and preparing employment agreements.
