Human resources manager

McDonald's Restaurants in Abbotsford, B.C. is looking for a human resources manager who will identify and recruit the best candidates and oversee and execute the process of onboarding for all new hires. The manager will also conduct weekly orientations and monthly check-ins for all new hires and oversee the employee value program. Human resources partner

Ubisoft in Toronto is looking for a human resources partner who will support producers and directors in implementing human resource strategies and act as an advisor to managers on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations. The partner will also act as a point of contact to respond to the production teams’ general HR-related inquiries, and participate in the development and implementation of programs, activities and HR systems. Human resources officer

Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority in Swift Current is looking for a human resources officer who will be responsible for the coordination of all HR activity at the casino. Responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment, selection and retention of employees; assisting in developing and implementing systems to manage and evaluate the performance of SIGA employees; and developing, implementing and maintaining a system to record and update employee information, among others. Human resources generalist

Cameco in Rabbit Lake, Sask. is looking for a human resources generalist who will be responsible for administering human resources services at the Rabbit Lake operation. Working with HR and site management, the generalist will be responsible for matters regarding employee and labour relations, site administration, lodging and training. Other responsibilities include site recruitment activities, workforce planning and the delivery of human resources and employee benefits programs. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, with a specialization in human resource management, with five to eight years of relevant work experience in human resources. Human resources generalist

Safran in Peterborough, Ont. is looking for a human resources generalist who will assist in developing, executing and maintaining personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations. The generalist will also participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries and standard reports for ongoing company requirements, and assist in administering benefits, compensation and employee performance programs.
