Human resources coordinator
The British Columbia government in Kelowna is looking for a human resources coordinator who will compile and analyze data for the purposes of personal leaves, benefit premiums and general reporting requests. The coordinator will also provide guidance, support and information to managers, staff and external contacts on a variety of HR processes, procedures and pay and benefit questions. Candidates must have a diploma in a related program with an emphasis on human resources, human resources information systems, business and/or finance, with at least one year of experience in human resources practices and collective agreements. The University of Toronto in Ontario is looking for a human resources consultant who will be responsible for providing the efficient and effective delivery of a full range of human resources services to clients. The consultant will also be responsible for contributing to the implementation of human resource initiatives, policies and programs that support both faculty and central HR objectives. Candidates must have a university degree in a relevant discipline and course work in the field of human resources leading to the completion of the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, along with at least five years of progressively responsible and related human resources and labour relations experience.
