Manager of human resources
Capilano University in Vancouver is looking for a manager of human resources who will facilitate the development, planning and implementation of human resources policies, procedures and best practices. The manager will collaborate within the HR department and across the university in implementing new business processes, and suggest opportunities for improvement or change. The manager will also interpret and advise on collective agreement matters, and develop and maintain positive employee relations to foster dialogue and to increase understanding and support. Candidates must have a baccalaureate degree in HR management or a related field and at least five years of experience in HR management, supported by solid labour relations leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Human resources counsellor
Agnico-Eagle Mines in Rankin Inlet, NT is looking for a human resources counsellor who will ensure day-to-day support of the employees on site for all matters related to HR functions. The counsellor will support the organization in a rapidly-changing operational environment, participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the quality of work environment for the Meliadine site is meeting high standards on social life and employee wellness. Human resources manager
Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services in Trenton, Ont. is looking for a human resources manager who will plan, organize and manage the delivery of human resources services and programs. The manager will: provide advice and interpretation to

management on non-public funds (NPF), HR policies and collective agreement provisions; ensure the applications of HR programs, policies, procedures, collective agreements and applicable legislation; and recommend revisions to the existing policy, programs and procedures to address changing needs. Human resources advisor
The College of New Caledonia in Prince George, B.C. is looking for a human resources advisor on recruitment and professional development who will provide subject matter expertise and support to managers and selection committees throughout the recruitment and selection process. The advisor will prepare appointment letters for operational staff in the absence of the HR or admin support person; ensure job postings and selection are completed in accordance with appropriate collective agreement requirements, applicable legislation and college processes, and in consultation with administrators; and be responsible for on-boarding all newly hired administrative employees when the HR analyst is not available.
