HR information systems business analyst
The University of Toronto is looking for an HR information systems business analyst who will manage projects and provide support and technical expertise, testing, configuration and customer support in all areas of the university’s HR information systems. This includes SAP human resources and payroll, automated time collection, recruitment and talent management systems. The analyst will also be the lead in conceptualizing system changes to integrate with faculty and staff recruitment and onboarding business processes. Human resources/payroll assistant
The City of Barrie in Ontario is looking for a human resources/payroll assistant who will provide administrative support to the compensation and benefits branch of the HR department. The assistant will be responsible for all employee setups and changes in the ERP system. Candidates must have a one-year college certificate in Office Administration or a related discipline and at least one year of experience performing the above-mentioned major responsibilities, including demonstrated experience with SAP. Human resources partner
York University in Toronto is looking for a human resources partner who will support the university’s libraries in the provision of a wide range of operational, generalist HR responsibilities. The partner will act as a resource to central HR in the development and implementation of libraries and HR programs, policies and procedures; contribute and play a key role in the strategic planning process; and provide support with the executive officer to the office of the dean of libraries for identifying and developing strategies to meet the library's current and future human resource requirements. Candidates must have a university degree in human resources, business management or an equivalent field; at least four years of experience as a human resources generalist in a unionized environment; and experience administering and applying collective bargaining agreements. Human resources consultant
The Halifax Regional Municipality is looking for a HR consultant who will be responsible for the delivery of front-line human resource services as part of the HR team assigned to the Halifax Regional Police. The consultant will determine and recommend courses of action of HR services, including performance and attendance management, recruitment and selection, orientation, training, health, safety and wellness, change management, workplace diversity, succession management, duty to accommodate and special projects. The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa is looking for an HR supervisor who will supervise and oversee the work of the HR team. The supervisor will coordinate the staffing process through the monitoring and development of recruitment and retention strategies, provide human resource advice to supervisors and senior managers regarding the management of employees and/or organizational changes and develop strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
