Manager of human resources information systems
The City of St. John’s is looking for a manager of human resources information systems (HRIS) who will be the subject matter expert of the HRIS system, security administration, business process design, compensation setup and reporting and analytics. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration, preferably with a focus in HR management, with project management certification and payroll certification or professional HR designation, and at least seven years of experience in implementing and supporting HRIS and processes. Human resources ERP functional analyst
The City of Saskatoon is looking for a human resources enterprise resource planning (ERP) functional analyst who will lead engagement and requirements validation exercises within functional areas across the organization to modernize business processes. The analyst will identify and analyze business data and reporting requirements, plan and organize ERP program tasks and activities and coordinate and assist the integration and data teams to document integration designs and data conversions. Candidates must have a degree in commerce, business or public administration, information systems, engineering or a related discipline plus four years of experience within the functional area and ERP implementation, or a related two-year post-secondary diploma program plus six years of experience within the functional area and ERP implementation. Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Saskatoon is looking for a human resource data strategist who will lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. Human resources advisor
The City of London in Ontario is looking for an HR advisor who will provide client-focused consultation and advice on a broad spectrum of HR practices, including recruitment, performance development, orientation, onboarding and organizational design. Candidates must have a university degree or community college diploma in HR, business administration or social science with specific training in the HR disciplines, preferably with a CHRP designation, and at least five years of experience in an HR generalist or HR advisory role, preferably in a unionized environment. The City of Grande Prairie, Alt. is looking for an HR advisor who will provide full-cycle HR support to the government body’s initiatives across the organization. The advisor will work with departments to analyze and devise solutions to people-related issues, such as performance management, collective agreement administration, application of corporate policies and procedures; recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in organizational objectives, productivity and development of HR within the organization.
