The City of London, Ont. is looking for a human resources advisor who will lead, design, recommend, implement and oversee the recruitment, selection and retention strategies that comply with relevant employment legislation, collective agreements and corporate hiring objectives. Candidates must have a university degree or a community college diploma in human resources, business administration or social science with specific training in the HR disciplines and at least five years of HR generalist experience or in an HR advisory role. The Manitoba government is looking for a human resource consultant in Selkirk who will be accountable for providing advice, guidance and services to employees and management across the Manitoba government. The consultant’s major accountability areas include strategic human resource planning, labour and employee relations, staffing, organizational design, training and development, diversity and supportive employment.
