The Town of Whitby in Ontario is looking for a human resources advisor who will lead clients through the full cycle of the recruitment process, labour relations and strategic partnerships. The advisor will provide support and recommendations in the design, implementation and coordination of corporate recruitment and selection processes within their client group; conduct workplace investigations and prepare summary reports and recommendations in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate policy; and provide input and direction on HR initiatives, representing the perspective and needs of client groups. Human resource consultant
The City of Saskatoon is looking for an HR consultant who will establish and review appropriate course of action for short-term disability, workers’ compensation, sick bank and long-term disability claims on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must have a degree in commerce specializing in HR management with four to six years of related job experience in disability management, labour relations, recruiting, organizational development and compensation.
