The City of Ottawa is looking for a manager of human resources for the business services branch who will work closely with business leaders and managers to support strategy and sustained performance. Human resources analyst
Health Sciences North in Sudbury, Ont. is looking for a human resources analyst who will review and manage Human Resources Request System (HRRS) tickets to ensure that recruitment and selection policies and processes are followed, and follow up with stakeholders as required. The advisor will also work on conducting AWP meetings with participation from the manager, employee and union, and the administration of VCH’s AWP program; coaching in the use of vacation smoothing techniques and principles; and interpreting and applying collective agreements, employee engagement policies, legislative requirements and other legal documents.
