Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029; signed March 25, 202
Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day
Vacations with pay: 1 day after 3 months; 1 day/month up to 10 days; 2 weeks for 1 to 5 years’ service; 3 weeks for 5 to 12 years; 4 weeks for 12 to 20 years; 5 weeks for 20+ years
Sick leave: 4 paid days/year
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage in excess of 40 hours/week
Shift premium: $0.40/hour for afternoons; $0.60 for nights
Sunset clause: 12 months
Employee benefits: Group Benefit Plan, Life Insurance, LTD, STD
Bereavement leave: 3 days for spouse, child, parent, parent-in-law, sibling, grandchild, grandparent; 1 day for current in-law
Probationary period: 3 months
Safety gear: employer provides gloves, dust masks, protective eyewear, safety footwear ($80 for non-Baffin brand), respirators, raincoats, winter jackets, coveralls
Paid education leave: $2,500/year to PEL program

- Janitor general labour: $18.89 rising 2 steps to $19.66
- Material handler II: $22.22 rising 2 steps to $23.13
- Shipper/receiver: $23.88 rising 2 steps to $24.85
- Lead hand maintenance: $40.38 rising 2 steps to $42.02
