Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks for 1 to 4 years of service; 3 weeks for 5 to 9 years; 4 weeks for 10+ years of service
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage
Employee benefits: CLAC Pension Plan, Benefit Plan, Health & Welfare Trust Fund, CLAC Training Fund
Bereavement leave: 3 days for mother, father, spouse or common-law spouse, brother, sister, children); 2 days for mother-in-law, father-in-law; 1 day for brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, grandchild
Probationary period: 3 months
Safety gear: $250 per year for footwear; employer provides PPE
Meal allowance: $50/day, boarding for jobsite more than 118 km from shop
Sample rates of pay:
Carpenter: $43.17 rising 2 steps to $45.57
Skilled labourer 2: $40.98 rising 2 steps to $43.26
Labourer 1: $22.95 rising 2 steps to $24.22
